If you don’t know the story of The Fret Shed, formerly The Shed, you can read about it here. In the spirit of oversharing the next few weeks are going to cover the songs I’m trying to learn. A lot of these songs I know parts of. A few I know most of. But I don’t know any of them front to back. They’re not “in the fingers,” as it were.
Let’s get the first batch of songs up.
- AC/DC – “High Voltage
- Jimi Hendrix Experience – “Purple Haze”
- Led Zeppelin – “Good Times, Bad Times”
- Black Sabbath – “Sweet Leaf”
- AC/DC – “Highway to Hell”
- Iron Maiden – “The Number of the Beast”
- Jimi Hendrix Experience – “Hey Joe”
- Jimi Hendrix Experience – “Third Stone From the Sun”
- Stevie Ray Vaughn & Double Trouble – “Love Struck Baby”
- Leviathan – “Blood and Thunder”
- Metallica – “Fade to Black”
- Ozzy Osbourne – “Crazy Train”
- Led Zeppelin – Babe I’m Gonna Leave You”
- Jimi Hendrix – “Little Wing”
Yeah…lotta Hendrix there. We’ll get a better mix next time.
Be safe, be good to each other. See you next week.
